Do You Wanna Be Marked By the Face of God?

Bill Johnson was speaking to the congregation at the pre-worship intro last Sunday morning. He said, "I get fascinated with the privilege given to us to ... release the blessing of God on people." God 1st gave this privilege to the priests in Numbers. "The Lord bless u and keep u, make His face shine upon u, & give u peace." That's way more than symbolic, poetic, romantic words - they are the most powerful words that have ever been spoken - when God backs them up.

That the Face of God Would Shine Upon U. Did u know, there is no problem we can face that wouldn't disappear by HIS FACE. There's nothing that we have going on that would not be absolutely answered by just an encounter with God. He is ready! God is hungry for this. So many times we are so busy, but God is just standing still, waiting for us. This is the day when the Lord is gonna recalibrate some stuff for every one of us. Ps. 80:3, 7 "Restore us O God, cause ur face to shine, and we will be saved." We were saved, we're being saved, and we're GONNA BE SAVED. It's in the Bible in All 3 tenses! ...

Salvation is a term in the New Testament - that refers to forgiveness of sins, healing of disease, and deliverance from torment. And the sin issues will be taken care of, the disease, and the torment. All issues that could cripple us are being taken care of in the Lord's face.

Now look at Ps. 80:17 "Let your hand be upon the man of your right hand."

We are seated in Christ, and where is Jesus? He is at the right hand of the Father. And here it says, God, let your hand be upon the man of your right hand. What do you think that prayer is for? Think about it for a minute. That's for you. God, put your hand, not only let your face shine on me, but put your hand on this one, who is the man or woman who is at your right hand, "... upon the son of man whom you made strong for yourself." Say this, "God has made me strong - for Himself." Every bit of strength you have is for His pleasure because He Delights in YOU. Then we will not turn back from You, revive us, we will call upon you, restore us, O Lord God of Hosts. Cause your face to shine and we will be saved." Let each person reading this be MARKED BY THE FACE OF GOD.
